Who We Are
Paulette has an extensive background managing creative operations and driving top-line revenue within the entertainment, advertising and marketing industries. Prior to launching Forecast in the US Paulette has spent more than 20 years building brands, developing talent and creating strategic global partnerships. While at OneKreate, she successfully led business development and client partnerships, expanding the customer base and increasing revenue in multiple markets across the U.S. As President of Ford Models, Inc., she successfully recruited, developed and managed some of the industry’s premier talent. During her career, she has negotiated high profile endorsements and worked with Channing Tatum, Ashley Graham and Carmen, to name but a few.
Natalie has over 20 years of experience and success in talent management, scouting, strategic partnerships and alliances in Entertainment, Fashion and Beauty. Prior to launching Forecast in the UK, Natalie was the Director of the Women’s Division of Ford Models in New York and Los Angeles. During her 16 year tenure at Ford she managed the careers of Emily Ratajkowski, Hailey Baldwin, Chanel Iman and Lexi Boling; negotiating endorsements for Prada, Versace, Guess Jeans, Anna Sui, Chanel, Saint Laurent and Marc Jacobs. Before forging ahead in the world of fashion and model management, Natalie worked alongside Michael Ovitz at Creative Artists Agency (CAA) with the industry's top writers, producers, and actors.
Clair is a multidisciplinary fashion and retail executive who brings a strong combination of creative vision, strategic thinking and content development experience to Forecast clients. Clair has directed creative, content and studio strategy and teams for Michael Kors, Target Stores, the Gap, Ann Taylor and more. She has worked with industry-leading talent including Annie Leibovitz, Steven Meisel, Carter Smith, Bella Hadid, Kendall Jenner, Linda Evangelista, Karen Elson and Liya Kebede, amongst others. Clair has a unique fashion and retail background, working both in-house at major brands and on the agency side.
